I’ve spent the last 15+ years making complicated things work. My experience spans everything from a $2.5bn global satellite programme and working on a group-wide rebrand across a multi-brand business, to helping start-ups and scale-ups find their feet.

I’m PRINCE2 certified, and I bring that same discipline to growing businesses that don’t have a PMO, a COO, or time to spare.

But good operations shouldn’t mean becoming more corporate, more complicated, or less yourself.

I love taking something that feels complicated or chaotic and finding the simple, workable way through it.

I’m also a mum of two, so I’m no stranger to competing priorities, unexpected changes and making a plan B look like it was always the plan. For me, good operations are about making things work in real world, not just on paper.
